Lets Review:
Cedar Mill has two sides apartments and the townhouses.
Now the townhouses are actually ok with a gated community and all.
But the Apartments are just sloppy and a mess.
First the apartment designs are ugly, very very ugly. The side door and
front door are right next to each other it might as well be one door.
The carpet are cheap & shag (yuck!). The apartment itself is not spacious and wide so it can be tight if you got a average room set of furniture. And the walls are so thin that you can hear your neighbor having a full conversation through the walls. I could hear neighbors having sex sometimes. Funny at first but it just got annoying.
The apartment complex is small, tight and cramped. They are too close together.
Water flood the complex when it rains. The doors are old and get stuck or the locks jam.
Maintenance slack like hell, my window glass was smashed out in the beginning of January and it wasnt fixed til the end of March. So it took them two months to get to it. That's sad.
Now the BIGGEST problem! They have pests, not bugs, Pests!
They have a slew of roaches, no matter how many you kill they come back and they're always crawling somewhere in the kitchen, on the wall, they'll try to get in your stuff, your clothes, your food, backpack or watever. Roaches Galore!
And the apartment staff try to give you pesticide treatments that never work.
Word of advice these apartment suck. Its cool if you're 19 trying to move out your parent's house and roaches dont't bother you.
But if you do somehow choose this place get a townhouse, this is just from what I seen living here.
