Cedar mill has it's pros and cons, but the oons are on top. I lived at cedar mill for 2 years until my house was built and let me tell you, I have seen management change many times. The staff that is there now is very nice and they do act like they care. I had a few issues with maintenance problems in my apartment when I first moved in, but the office staff took care of the complaints that I had. I also had some problems with roaches, but that was because of my nasty neighbors that lived above me. Pest control would spray every other week, but because of my neighbors not being a good housekeeper, they would come back. I didn't have any problems with break-ins because I didn't have anyone over my house. Usually the break-ins are from people that have been over to their friends house and see somethng they want, and that is the truth! Other than that, I liked it over there.
