I've lived at cedar mill for 1 year I was very impressed with the response time of handling the complaints my air conditioner compressor went out about 12:30 a.m. I called the emergency number and got a call back 10 min s later maintenance was at my door at 1:00 a.m. and installed a new compressor and he was very prfessional at 1:00 a.m. I don't remember his name but he was tall,Tavita and the other ladies in the ofiice are always helpful, courteous and professional, and when I'm coming home at night security is always alert keeping an eye out for trouble for this to be an apartment setting I do feel secure.RK
