I say run as if your life depend on it. They pull you in with the rent specials but they are not even worth the trouble. It was ok when we first got here because it was cold and the tenants wouldnt loiter but as the weather changed so did the apartments people fighting, smoking weed, blocking your way you cant get to your car without getting through a barricade of guys standing around. The bad part about it is they have security you see them for a minute then they are gone like roaches in the light, dont get me started on the roaches they need to just burn all the units down to get rid of them because spraying doesnt do it. They spray only if you call and only your unit, which doesnt do any good if your not spraying the source of the problem. We have had a gun shot in our window pane since we first got here and they have not fixed it or tried. Which I know why the maintenece guys dont know were they are suppose to be, they came by one day to fix a leak in our unit that we never called in about. I just glad our lease is over with it's time to leave this hell whole, I pray for whoever lives here. Oh, yeah my neighbors place was just broken into tonight so much for the security I think they helped the guys move them out. lol,not really a laughing matter..Run as fast as I can....

I disagree! Cedar Mills was comfortable living,, I never hadparkingproblemsor people breaking in. The staff was great and was really willing to help and work with you. I was happy living over there and maintence always came when needed and were never unprofessional. You tryna live a five star life but dont want to pay that price. Move out east if you feel like that because Cedar Mills was pretty good to me.
