Central Station Is Great

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
1. The location is great - The trolley stops directly in front of the building.
2. The manager is Dona and she is always very helpful - One night our heater went out and it was about 10:30pm and when we called the emergency line she called back in like 5 minutes and let us know that she had called out maintenance and was on her way to our apartment with some space heaters. They were not able to get the heat back on till the next day - but it really does count that they tried.
3. The price for the space - We have like over 1200 sf and our rent is very reasonable. I was very impressed with the molding and finishes.
4. The common areas are always clean - Mr. Johnson the janitor cleans the glass daily - It really does make a difference.
5. I would recommend this complex to anyone - Even if you were not thinking of downtown Memphis - you should!! It is great!!! SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
