I have been here since Aug 2005 and love it here. Even though there have been staff changes, everyone connected to this place have been nothing but terrific. I have not heard of any apts being broken into. As far as parking, it can be tricky when there is an event, but take care of that by paying extra and getting a spot in the garage. It can be a little noisy especially from the fire dept, but hey that is part of living downtown, but generally is quiet. One of the best places to rent in Memphis! odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
