I have been living at central station for about 5 months now, and I don't think we could have found a better place to live. We searched ALL the apts downtown and this is by far the best. All floorplans are unique. We got huge square footage for the same price as all the other small apts we looked at. All the windows in the building are 5ftx9ft - we have six in our living room and two in both others. Parking can be a problem when there is an event, but you can park in the Arcade lot overnight. The staff is SO nice. The maintenance guys will come in 30 min if we have a problem, and the grounds are always clean. Office manager will get back to us if we leave a message the same day. The only problem is SPIDERS. They are all over the place. The maintenance guys have to spray at least once or more a month or we get huge black spiders. It's worth it. Massive, numerous closets, dynamic floorplan, great view, huge kitchen....this is one of the best kept secrets of downtown.
