Maintenance is HORRIBLE , and I do mean HORRIBLE. The guys make several trips before they get anything done, and they do a very poor job. The floors are very, very squeaky. I have never heard or seen anything like it. The bathtub is squeaky, squeaky, squeaky! The maintenance guys make promises that they have no intention of keeping. Bugs gather in my first-floor bath room. I have seen nothing like this. It appears that management cares absolutely nothing about the renters. Evidently, the place hasn't heard of insulation because there is none. I left my previous apartment complex for a "better environment." Boy, did I make a mistake! My previous apartment complex maintained the place. I now know that the environment was not so bad after all.
