Several months ago some one stole my daughters identity by stealing her social security card from our mail box. To my surprise Cinnoman Trails Apartments managed by Fogelman Properties of Memohis, TN approved my 2 month old daughter for an apartment. I faxed documents required to prove that the identity belonged to my 2 month old baby girl but the leasing office never evicted Monique Polk of Byhalia MS. As of november 28, 2003 she still resides in the apartment she obtained by stealing the identity of a 2 month old. She has a legnthy criminal record which includes; prostitution, forgery, grand theft auto, aggravated assault, simple assault, involuntary manslaughter, theft of property over 15,000.00 and the list goes on and on... So in conclusion my daughter will forever be followed by these criminal acts because these apartments do not follow the proper steps to check into public records to uncover criminals. The Landings Apartments which are not managed by Fogelman Properties also allowed this criminal to use my childs identity to move into an apartment. She resided there for one month and never paid her rent. She was evicted for non payment of rent. When my then 1 month old daughter was summoned to court I found out that her identity was stolen.
