The place looks great, well maintained grounds and the apartments look great. It's only after I had moved in that I found that the apartments contain little soundproofing material. Even from inside the third floor apartments you can hear folks walking up and down the stairs, hear people talking as they walk by your building and hear cars as they drive by.
Maintenance and pest control do not leave tickets saying they have been in your apartment and what they tried to do. Management can only tell you that maintenance has been in your apartment after they review the work orders that have been completed.
I have a light switch in my second bedroom that does not control any of the outlets in the room. Management does not see this as a problem as all the outlets in the bedroom have power and is not willing to rectify the situation.
The laundry room contains 4 washers and 4 dryers to service the 208 units in the complex but each apartment contains washer/dryer connections.
