These apartments have completely gone downhill. Anyone can move in. Cars speed in the parking lot. I was almost hit by a car that was speeding.Grounds are dirty.
There is no security as far as I can tell. In order to get people to stay until the apartments were sold, management had to give them $75.00 and refrain from raising the rent. They didn't realize that some people knew since October or November that the apartments would be sold. Someone shot into one of the apartments. Someone died as a result of a fire in his apartment. During the time that he was in the hospital , the lady who was managing at the time kept saying that he was fine.
