This WAS a tasteful place to live in until new management came in. The office manager is RUDE! She will not listen to you if you have a problem of course. Everything was fine when I first got here being that the other managers was pleasant and concerned about any problems I had. I am very disappointed with the new management. I would like to renew my lease in March but if Peggy or Chi is there Cinnamon Trails can FORGET getting any more of my money. Fogelman need to be aware of who and what they are hiring to work in the office in Cinnamon Trails
