The staff is nice. Problems fixed quickly. Safe area to live in. The Homeless people detract when you go outside. The building is well kept except for the seventh floor. It smells bad and seems a bit trashy. Thats the only floor out of 17 that you have to hold your nose when you walk through.

In late 2004/early 2005, The Claridge House was converted from apartments to condominiums. I bought one of them in 2005, and I have lived in it since then. All the units in the building have been completely renovated. It's a VERY good place to live. I recommend it highly.
