Overall, living at the Claridge House was a good experience. The staff was helpful and friendly. Well-priced for living downtown, and nice-sized apartments. Closet space was tops. Noise level was a bit high (from neighbors and from outside) Recommend a higher floor. Parking is a problem, but you can pay an extra monthly fee to park in a garage next door (75.00/mo'). There was a lot of homeless people that would always ask for handouts just outside on Main St., but I never really felt threatened. I would recommend checking out the Claridge House to anyone wanting to live downtown.
