NEW MANAGEMENT!

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
I have lived here for a little over 1 year now. I can agree with some of the comments on here, but some of them are because of the previous management company. In the middle of June, a new company took over and ALREADY I can see a difference in the place. I am plannign on signing a new lease and staying in my cozy home. After all, it is Memphis and things will happen no matter where you go...
