Moved in... didn't even want to get the lease ready for me after I waited for an hour in the car. Never returned calls prior to move in. Answering service gets full often and you can't even leave a message. They're never around when they're supposed to be open. I moved in and was never given a copy of my lease, or shown the community. I still have no idea how to open the pool area, fitness center, or the so called "spa" I was told they have. I don't even know where any of that is except for the pool, which you can see. People leave trash and bottles and crap everywhere cause they don't care about people around them. Also alot of residents have dogs...dogs bark... alot.

Now that's just my general problems. My hot water will SCALD me in the shower at random. Everything is fine until all of a sudden something goes wrong, and you never know when it's coming. I'm scared I'm going to get burned, literally. My garbage disposal went out, and I reported it twice. It took them three weeks to fix it. My microwave went out, and it took them 2 weeks to get me a new one...and it wasn't a 'new' one. It was an old crappy one from another apartment that STILL HAD FOOD IN IT! Also, it took me 2 weeks to get an appropriate key so I could check my mail. Just luckily for me, the mail man decided to stop delivering two days before I got my key, so that became quite a hassle to get it fixed again.

Now as for the location... Terrible to get out of in the morning...busy corner. Lots of loud drunk people around. No security of any kind. Police sometimes will patrol the parking lot, and that's not a good sign. It all kinda looks slummy, like the guy said earlier. The insides aren't that bad, the outsides are terrible. Porches terrible, storage MOLDED and MILDEWED...washer and dryers so old they barely work and smell. Ferile cats outside, continuously mating. Apts. Also randomly shake, don't know why..but things will fall when they do. Electricity seems to go out at random as well. Careful too, they don't tell you what costs are involved when you move in... My rent is only supposed to be $609, but somehow it's more around $630 everymonth because of extra utility costs they add in to it...not sure what that's about yet, but I pay my OWN utilities, everything. Kids all over the place screaming and running around, and have no desire to get out of cars ways...they just keep playing. Over all, this is by far the WORST place I've ever lived in. And I've been to alot of places. I'm moving out asap, I can't take it. Oh... the toilets broken in one of my baths, costs me water cause it runs all the time, AND BOTH bathtubs were completely clogged when I moved in....I had to shower in water well past my ankles. I'm a nice person, and believe in second chances...but by far...I would say stay away... Terrible place, terrible costs, terrible apts. terrible management. But hey, if you want to live in a place where no one seems to give a crap about you, your paying of rent, or anything in general, then this is the place for you... don't go.
