Not the best, but not the worst

We had a decent experience with Deerfield. It was great when we first moved in then it started going downhill. By the time we left there were potholes all over the lot, trash all over the grounds, the office staff was very unpredictable (no one there during office hours), and it took too long to replace lights on the parking lot.
