If aimco or whoever owns this property would get decent professional management in the office, it wouldn't be such a bad place to live. I lived there for a year and I regret ever signing a lease to this dump!
Too MANY kids running around being LOUD at midnight! No security, never felt safe, complained to the manager and they didn't seem like they really cared about the residents. They did get a new manager, BUT she's worse than the other one they had. The grounds aren't kept up, there's graffiti on some of the buildings..it's going ghetto..I'm glad I moved!!!
