I must play the devils advocate today. There are definitely some things that a property management company and its office staff should be responsible for but there are some things that no one can control. People are always so quick to lay blame on the office staff and never ever accept any. Your safety cannot be guareenteed ever. The worst part is that my neighbors are the ones that invite and have unsavory characters coming into the property and then they blame the office when one of their guest causes a problem.

The office staff did get security on the property and then guess what I hear my neighbors complaining that security is too strict and are always telling them to stop hanging out. My god people make up your mind.

I can say that the office staff is human and don't do everything perfectly but they do seem to do a basically decent job keeping things in line. Everytime I have ever called or needed anthing I got a prompt response and straight forward answers to any questions. Not always answers I wanted to hear but the truth I do believe.

I personally wouldn't want the babysitting job they have. I can only talk about what I see and hear as a resident myself. The office staff can ony do so much to make this place a great place to live.the residents have got to picth in too. I think its only fair since it is the place we all call HOME.
