Extremely nasty grounds!!!!

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
There are dirty diapers all around one of the dumpsters on the property. There is so much old furniture around another dumpster, a homeless person could actually make that his home! The grounds have not been clean since the new ownership and management. I renewed my lease thinking things would get better, but boy was I wrong!!!
