I moved into Eastwood in March of 05, and I should have known something when she kept given me the run around about the apartment, she told me it would be ready one day and it ended up being two weeks later when I moved in. I had problems with the apartment when I got there and wrote down a list of things, when I ran the shower head the bath water would run too, my bathroom sink had a leak, my bathroom knob were stripped and I couldn't turn it off, doors wouldn't close, hot water lasted only 3 minutes. Had problems with bugs, closet door off latch I told them my air wasn't working just so they could come, that took them 3 days to come and the manager knew I had a baby. All these problems they would not come fix. I believed it had something to do with they had two maintance men, but I call the head manager and he wouldn't return my phone calls how unprofessional was that' Oh and the BAD ASS children you heard them when they were getting ready to go to school and before they went in the house which was about 10 o'clock on a school night and they would fight all the time. People kept trying to break in my boyfriend's car, he has one of those cars with rims so that wasn't gon stop until somebody was hurt.I begged them to let me out my lease and they wouldn't do it which I could understand I signed papers, but what scared me most is that these people knew where we stayed and I did not want to live in fear. So I asked agained and they did. I'm thankful that they let me break my lease with no problems, but their not good apartments. I like how the model is layed out, but wouldn't recommend anyone to live there unless your on a tight budget.
