I signed a new lease. I have lived here in the highrise for 1 year so far. I have only seen a couple of roaches since I have lived here. The apartment sprays anytime you need too.
I do agree that there is better apartments in the city, but not for the price. The building is very old, but worth the price.
Some people in the building are just dirting and don't pick up their trash and put them in a trash can. Dump your trash regularly and pick up after your self. I suspect the other residents living next door, etc. that is causing the problem.
Have the manager spray regularly and have the holes repaired. Then, save your money, and move next year. Talk with the manager. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
