Whom ever is doing the hiring at Makowsky/Ringel/Greenburg for property managers need training on what to look for in a manger. When I first moved in The Edison Park Apartments, they had a group that was unprofessional. Since then they hired a new group and the current manager (Jenxxxxx)is very sloppy, rude, arrogant, and not a people-person. Makowsky/Ringel/Greenburg should make sure they hire people with the qualification for what they say they symbolizes. Nevertheless, I lived in the so called townhouse for about five-years which is nice for beginners. The only thing I did not like was the restroom is up-stairs and they would not remove the wallpaper they had on the walls. The outside grounds on the South Avant side need more lights (dark at night) and some of the tree branches need cutting, when driving a truck it scrapes the top of the hood. The grass needs a little more attention. There was no view and the parking was ok. The maintenance people are great. I only have seen a couple of roaches although; they do spray upon your request. However, I think they should spray automatically, because everyone does not request it. They have a lot of loud, unruly children running around the complex and I think they have forgotten to screen the last couple of tenants. The Edison also have a lot of non-tenants walking through the complex going other places that make you feel unsafe. The complex also says we have security but do not look for them. I also, moved out on June 30th and was told I should get my full deposit but have not received it as of 8.29.2005. Ms. Williams, Sorry you feel this way, I`ve been The Edison Property Manager 3 of your 5 years and have never had the opportunity to speak with you, I`m sorry that you find me rude, and arrogant, although I dont know how you would know that since I`ve never met you face to face or spoke with you until you gave notice, I normally dont have the pleasure to speak with everyone that lives at the property, which normally is a good thing. This is a huge property and I`m sorry that you feel this way, hope you are happy now where you are and that it took you 5 years to find out how unhappy you were, good luck in the future Ms. Williams. I truly strive everyday to uphold MRG Policies and treat everyone with respect.
