I signed my lease for this apartment early one saturday morning a couple of weeks ago. I went over to my new apartment that night to walk into a horror movie. I counted 70 roaches in the living area alone. They were coming out of the vent, all over the bathroom, on the ceilings. It was disgusting. It was truly infested, there were hundreds! When I called Sherri she said they have never had a problem like that. But we all know roaches come out at night. The neighbor happened to be at her front door so I asked her about it, and she confirmed the roach problem. Sherri told me her bosses didnt want to let us break our lease after only haveing it signed for one day. I have the pictures to prove it. Also...no fridge, kitchen sink, or closet doors put on. The place was dirty, food still in the cabinets. I do NOT recommmend this place.
