I have been very disappointed in the unprofessional attitude of the staff when there is a problem in the complex. The staff was helpful when I moved in, but they become evasive whenever there is a problem.

Security is also a concern. There are too many instances of people going to the bathroom in either the elevator or the stairwells.

I have a feeling that if there were changes in the management that the quality of living at the Edison would improve.

I have been the Property Manager of Edison Park Apartments for the last 5 years and consider this my home as well since I am here more than 8 hours daily, I see the staff and residents more than I see my family and enjoy working for my management company. When something is broken, I fix it and sometimes it takes a little longer to repair due to getting several bids from vendors and having to order parts sometimes delays have fast the problem is taken care of, we try to keep the residents informed of what is going on in their area; but over all the problems are taken care of. We do have 3 Courtesy Officers that are all 3 police officers and work full time as police officers and then work for me as well when they get off, the people they catch and arrest no one knows about because we dont't announce it, they work very had for us and unfortunately they cannot be in the same place at the same time everyday and night and crime happens everywhere and is unavoidable anywhere you live this day and time. If someone uses the bathroom in the stairway or elevator or lets their dog relieve itself we clean it up, we cannot keep someone from doing this as no one would be able to, we clean it up and move on. I love being the Property Manager at Edison Park Apartments and hope to be the manager for many years, it is my choice to be here, I like it here and have enjoyed meeting so many people over the years here and Thank all my residents for calling Edison Park their home.
