RENT HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!! THEY HAVE THE BIGGEST ROACHES HERE THE TYPE YOU ONLY SEE IN THE COUNTRY AND THEY FLY GROSS!!!! PLUS THEY HAVE SHADY MANAGEMENT PRACTICES BE SURE TO GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING AND I MEAN EVERYTHING.... WHEN YOU MOVE OUT TYPE UP YOUR OWN STUFF SAYING YOU RETURNED THE KEYS AND THEY CHECKED OFF THAT THE APT WAS CLEANED. DO NOT TRUST THEM B/CUZ WHEN YOU GET PAPERS IN THE MAIL SAYING YOU OWE FOR CHARGES AND THEN YOU SAY BUT YOU SIGNED OFF THAT EVERYTHING WAS OKAY WHEN I MOVED OUT THE PAPER WORK WILL CONVENIENTLY COME UP MISSING. SO LIKE I SAID RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK THERE ARE MUCH BETTER APTS CLOSE TO DOWNTOWN.

I live in the Edison Highrise. I have no problems with bugs due to the manager having the entire building sprayed on a regular basis. I am not familiar with the garden apartment. If you keep your apartment clean of standing trash and garbage, you won't have a bug problem. Everyone should get things in writing. Welcome to the real world.

rnt1217, 1st off sweetheart everybody who lived or who has lived at the Edison knows that the high rise and the townhouses might as well be to separate apts because the upkeep for both is not the same. maybe in the high rise you are living it up! lol! but the people in the townhouses are not. the places are old and infested.... as far as cleaning goes i am an extremely clean person and you can't clean away infestation. and I love how you don't deny the shady business practices going on there in fact you just helped prove my point thanks for that as i stated before rent at your own risk!!!!

I have been the Property Manager here for 7 years and have never seen a flying roach ?? I do pest control quartely in each apartment and if you need pest control they are here every Thursday. The move out process has been the same since I have been with this company and it is that you turn in your notice - we send you a reply letter that we recieved your notice along with Move Out cleaning instructions and the cost of each item if not cleaned and also it states in the letter to set up a move out inspection with property management office at move out so you can walk with us to see what you will be charged for if there is anything you know and it goes on your Move In/Out inspection. I have a copy of ALL move out paperwork along with photos of any charges in my office for reasons such as the one you have stated. I am sorry that you seem unhappy with The Edison and if I can do anything for you or help to solve a problem that you are having please feel free to give me a call or stop by the leasing office.
