I know from experience. I helped a friend with legal woes with this --------.
Makowsky and Ringel should be strung up and shot for allowing this roach, bacteria, and mold infested drug den to remain.
There are a "few" people who are struggling to go to school and raise kids. Problem is they cannot play outside or they have a 50/50 chance of being shot, stabbed, or kidnapped.
Lots of perverts and aggressive ghetto thugs and hoochie women. Very scary and Makowsky and Ringel do nothing about it.
They are money-hungry greedy bastards who put their investment dollars in upgrades in EAst Memphis. The Edison and El Dorado need to be demolished and management needs to be strung up.
Ghetto illiterate attitude-having women in the office popping gum in your face replying with "I don't know about all that"
Geez. Management wont even repair blinds or spray for bugs. YOu ceiling can cave in from the upstair apartment flooding and they will let it stay that way.

I think that you should take another look at El Dorado, because area has gone through a bit of renovation and renewal. El Dorado is in the vicinity of Airways Villa Apartments, which is going through the process of renovation. Any place with kids should never be described so nastily, especially for those who do not participate in illegal activities. You need a reality check.

You are half right - any place with kids should never be allowed to become so nasty. Cockroaches, mold, drugs, and more -- come on, children should be raised in such an environment? Who needs a reality check?
