(user photo) cannot use shower no pressure its like taking a shower under a sprinkler (user photo) this is the tub as you can see the paint is peeling off the bottom of the tub mind you i have a 2 year old (user photo) this is water dripping from the pipe dripping so its molding (user photo) this from water also its look like the try to use silicone caulk to make look right it just made it worst its coming the wood is coming up and peeling its molding also so much bleach!!!!

Terrible place to live!

I moved here from out of state, and it has been nothing but a disaster. 7 months with no working shower, and the one time maintenance came to fix it they flooded my house. Management has changed hands 4 times in 8 months that I've been here. Last week the piza man was shot: there are drug dealers and criminals here. It is NOT a place to raise your children! Management frequently makes excuses for why things do not get fixed. Our neighbors have had no working shower for longer than we have-no repairs in sight. Cockroaches, rats, and other vile insects abound. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!

I lived there in 1997 and it was very nice but beginning to go downhill. A new company took it over in the middle of the lease. I broke my lease with 2 months left b/c the "crap" began. I can imagine it's hell now. It's a shame b/c those townhomes were HUGE!!! Bigger than the house I moved into later. I have a huge great room, patio kitchen, den, living room, 3 HUGE BR, and 3 bathrooms for only $700/month.
