I have lived at the Estates for a year. I moved in a one bedroom/one bath apartment. I have a one bedroom on the third floor which offers vaulted ceilings and a real wood burning fireplace. The maintenance crew installed a ceiling fan in the living area (I bought it and they installed it.) It made it really start feeling like home. The pool is great. There is usually a big volleyball game going on a pretty day. Tennis courts are very nice and maintained, always busy! Parking late at night can be a hassle but normally not a problem. The fitness room is very nice with three TV's (definetely all a girl needs). Students gather in the computer room to study at times. The movie theater is a good idea (but I've never used it). They offer mountain bikes to rent (for free) but only until 5:30 during the week (Doesn't really help the working people!) I love it here. It has great landscaping and really upscale interior. They have oak colored cabinets, berber carpet, built in book shelves, and a great big garden bathtub. The bedroom is plenty big for my king size bed. There is usually a waiting list to move-in here, so if you are interested plan ahead! I had to wait two months for my apartment. Management has never been a problem for me. They are always helpful with problems and holding packages. However, they do require a two month move-out notice. I hope this helps.
