The Estates at River Pointe is a beautiful and well run community. It is unfortunate that people abuse sites like this for their own sick agenda. It is obvious from the horrendous language used here, and the attempts to personally insult the staff, that the psycho babble seen here is nothing more than the rantings of a lunatic. How unfortunate for apartment seekers that visit this site for reliable information about the communities they aspire to move into. Perhaps therapy would aid you in your struggle with mental health, and your issues with anger management.

It's obvious that this was written by management. It's important that people know the facts when making decisions about where to live, and these are just the facts.

The truth is the truth. Parking is awful, people park in the handicap spaces and park in places that block people in, when informed about this management send thier vieled threats about towing and fining those who break the rules. We lived thier 2 1/2 years we recieved about 8 of these, I saw 0 tows and 0 fines, but the parking situation never changed. If you want a place that has a pool and volleyball courts live somewhere else and just go there to enjoy them along with half of memphis every warm day of the year. If you need access just walk through the front gate, it's always broken. People let their pets poop everywhere, just walk by the mailboxes a place management walks past all the time and just ignores the situation. Your not a person your a check and nothing more. BEWARE. BEWARE!!

I agree that this must be a posting by management. I suppose this is what they do all day rather than performing their tasks adequately. AVOID the Estates at River Pointe. You can get the same poor service in Midtown at a fraction of the cost.

Also not a forum for management!!!! This place is poorly run by the staff and management. However, maintenance people were great. Gate rarely worked, and if it did everyone knew the code to get into the place anyway. Sometimes I would forget my keycard to the gate and didn't know the new code yet, so I would just drive in through the broken out gate. It would just stay open all night. several break ins while I lived there. Also, one person was held up at gun point(e). during the summer the tennis courts were taken, the beach volleyball was being used and the pool was crowded with different schools and people who didn't even live there. Beware this place, like others said, avoid like the plague.
