management needs a class on customer service. when you have an issue, you have to keep calling back to see what has been done about it, if anything. they view their tenants as annoying if they have an issue with the apt. and are not accommodating or reassuring that it will be fixed.
there have also been a lot of instances of mice lately due to construction of houses behind the complex. ugh!
i do feel very safe, and the apartments themselves have great floor plans, but i'm getting SO frustrated with the management..
also, when there are hard rains, it comes through the walls near windows, as they are not sealed properly.
there is also a paper mill near the apartments, and it really stinks some days, and i swear i find what looks like little bits of burned paper coming out of my faucet..

Just as a helpful tip to everyone...that "paper mill" you are referring to is really a sewage treatment facility. I know, because one of my cousins work there and warned me about the smell (unfortunately, I didn't listen). The smell isn't really evident all of the time, unless it gets really humid or when the weather changes drastically.
