I lived in Jefferson River Estates before it changed hands and was called Estates at River Pointe for 4 years. I think after the sale of the property, the management started to suck. The location is very safe and the river is beautiful. I lived with two other girls and then just one other girl, so women should feel safe here. The pool is great but several people from other apartments come over so it gets crowded. The workout room is lacking. The parking is bad. I had problems with leaky ceilings in closets and on the patio. All they did was patch over it and re-paint, so it continued to leak. For the most part it is quiet. The carwash was great. It really pissed me off when I went to get a package out of the office on a Saturday, and management had just decided to close the office for the entire day for the staff as a Christmas present. Ridiculous property manager. Major attitude/power trip. For the price it is a nice place to live.
