Worst Management I've Ever dealt with!

I lived here for over 3 years as a student and had continued horrendous neighbors which I complained about in writing numerous times to the management. They would pretend to care to your face, and then would do nothing about it. Parking is absolutely rediculous, the smell is gagging, and the gate is always broken. Oh yea, somehow they increase rates even after signing lease contracts.
Let me get to the good part. After moving out, having lived in a <1000 sq ft apartment w/ a roomate for 2.5 years and thoroughly cleaning, we get a bill for almost $700 in move out fees, claiming we ruined the carpets, linoleum, etc. First of all, our dumba$$ neighbors above us flooded our carpet, it is essentially impossible to destroy linoleum (a little bleach and it's brand new), not to mention that we didn't even receive a move out inspection in person which could verify any of this. They have now turned the bill over to a collection agency.
I could not recommend this place to anyone. Just do like everyone else in memphis and come use the pool, tennis courts, and volleyball court.

I feel your pain. I had the same issues with TG. I am BEWARE OF MANAGEMENT (2006).

I have to agree about most all of that...except I haven't moved out yet. The smell is frequently God awful. The rent is crazy high, and the gate has worked for probably less than 20% of the time. You can hear your upstairs neighbors if they walk around at all. Basically, if you're not living under a shut-in, be prepared for your track lighting to buzz...I kid you not. I submitted a detailed complaint after approaching my noisy neighbors on more than one occassion, and I have no idea if management took up the issue, but nothing ever changed.
The parking is seriously bad. It's SO bad that they apparently have a towing service that monitors the parking regularly. Of course, you'll wake up to magically find douchebags parked in handicapped spots with no tags or stickers, parked along the curbs, etc. BUT if any of your friends are unlucky enough to park in the resident parking, they'll most likely get caught and towed. Your car is towed like 45 minutes away and costs $200 to get out of hock! Absolutely unacceptable. I had to go ape ---- on them just to get it cut in half. Parking is their problem, and they punish YOU. Crazy.
The apartments are pretty nice on the inside though. New appliances, fresh fixtures, etc. It's just way overpriced, but then again you have to pay an arm and a leg to not live in the ghetto. Mud Island is such a crock...
