Gated community is somewhat overstated, if you don't live here just tailgate a resident in the gates stay open, this may explain why there are so many break-in's (after each one every resident gets reminded of how to keep themselves secure, management fails to see a problem with the open access).
Staff are okay to speak to apart from the boss. Very poor service, took 2 months to get a broken window fixed. Most recently UPS/Fed-ex packages of above a certain size aren't accepted by the main office.
Smells funny during the summer due to the sewage plant 1 mile north.
