No one verified that they had received our student loan information, although I sent it 3 times and requested they do so due to the seriousness of the information. Our employment was not verified until a week before our lease was to start. The best part, though, is that they did not send our lease to us to be signed until 2 days before it was due back in their office with the money. This was also over a weekend. Instead of working with us because we have already paid the deposit and application fee, they INSISTED we have them the money and signed lease today. We currently live 500 miles away, so getting a lease there isn't exactly a 30 minute drive across town. They were rude on the phone when we spoke with them, and obviously seem to not want any business with their horrible attitudes and unwillingness to help out people who have ALREADY promised to live there. I am currently having second thoughts about living here...
