Been here a year and I love it. Sure the floors are a tad bit weak, but I live on the second floor so not really a problem. The office staff is cool (Spencer, Chris, etc.) and unlike previous places ive stayed they don't really "pop up" for inspections that often. The few minor maitanence issues ive had were resolved in a day or two. The only real problem i have is the fitness room is sort of limited on equipment and the treadmills could use some new tread. Laundry room is really small and not enough washing machines. Overall, its like the best place to stay in Hickory Hill (hood'). It's so quiet at night it's unbelieveable.Although the apartment prices are kind of steep ($655 for a one bedroom'), it's wayyyyy better than any other apartment complex in this area (Arbors and Windridge are like South Central, LA in the early 90's). Sure you get young guys (myself included) riding thru "bumping" there (our) music every now and then, but hell that's everywhere. Best complex ive ever lived in and definitely the best place to live in hickory hill!!!!
