Echelon has been an okay place to live. In the apartment building that i am in, it is fairly quiet, and i haven't seen any beer bottles or pet fesces anywhere. The garage door, from what i have seen has been fixed. The walls are thin, but you learn to deal with it. Like someone said earlier, you aren't in a house, you should expect some noise. And as for the homeless people, I'm sure that anywhere downtown you are going to have that problem. I haven't had to deal with the management too much, so i have no coment on them. The security does suck. There should be more and they should be better than just sitting around inside where the office is. You would think that with the amount of money we paid we would have better security than Security One.
