I have lived in the echelon for 1 year and have enjoyed every minute of it. My favorite part is the 24 hour security personell and the controlled access buildings. I also love the fact that you can live downtown, but still feel away from it all once you town the corner onto 4th street. In all I feel the echelon is a jewel in the downtown Memphis.

Yes I live there, and I have never noticed any 24 hour security personal. But the is a street camera
