I have lived at the Echelon for over a year now and in my opinion it's a good place to live. As long as I've been there the maintaince guys have always fixed any problem I've had, and have done so in a timely fashion. Yes there is a lot of construction going on, but it's all being done as fast as possible and it's only going to make the building a better place to live. I enjoy the pool, free parking, and the free breakfast on Saturdays. I guess the main complaint I have is that in some ways the amenities are starting to slowly be fazed out. Ex- we used to have security guards (now we have cameras) and we used to have 4 working computers (now it's usually only one that works, and the printer,copier, and fax never work). But hey now place is perfect. The easy access to downtown is a huge plus. I've also found the office staff to be helpful, friendly, and willing to listen and help correct any problem I'm having (plus they're not bad to look at either!) This place isn't perfect, but overall it's a good place to live downtown.
