The building and apartments are very nice. Parking is kind of a pain because you have to walk from the garage. People leave dog poo all over the outsode areas.

I had the pleasure of having two very "ghetto" neighbors who played rap music and nintendo with the bass turned very loud. This would last until 7am in the morning on weekdays while they smoked so much pot I could smell it in my room.

I complained roughly 13 times and management never did anything other than tell me they were "working on it." The security guard was helpful though.

There is a problem with cars getting broken into so be wary of parking on the street. In addition, me and two of my friends all had our bikes stolen on separate occasions from the gated parking garage.

The computer lab is annoying because they have blocked the computers from downloading most files, which means that you won't be able to open things like pdf files that are on pretty much any site that you look at.

The location is great if you like Beale, the Redbirds, the YMCA, or if you're a student at the UT Medical Center.
