Echelon now Fielder Square Downtown Falling Apart

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Great location. Within walking distance of everything downtown. Apartments way over price, though, for their size. Also, in last year maintenance of building has gone down hill. Number of doors.. including fire escape doors are broken. Garbage in garage is allowed to pile up(even saw homeless person going through garbage). Gates that are suppose to secure car often broken and left open overnight.
