The Echelon group was very easy to work with , wanted to cooperate, ect. This new group is impossible to find. I currently live there and have called a thousand times just to get my garbage disposal fixed...it hasn't been done, of course. I'm moving in a few weeks to another downtown Memphis apartment complex.

The community was purchased in August, 2005 by the current mgmt co. The staff has had to be replaced fully and they are working very hard to stress customer service which is our top prioritory. We at Fielder Square feel the responses are from former or residents that could not even begin to qualify to lease at present under the new ownership. in time this will be THE PLACE TO LIVE IN DOWNTOWN as we are slowly overcoming the obstacles left over by Echelon Communities. Visit the community before you make your final decision based on the comments of others.
