Great place to live! Location is fabulous as well as the residents. Safety was a huge issue to me because I have a little puppy who needs to get in and out and I feel totally comfortable walking him at any time. The parking is also great because it's free and gated. I'm sure there are nice apartments in the rest of downtown, but in my opinion from when I looked heavily they just can't compete. Between the location (you just don't understand how awesome),my beautiful apartment, the helpful office staff, and the eclectic and cool mix of people here I can't imagine being anywhere else! They will have to kick me out before I leave!!!!

This posting is hysterical. No one -- I repeat, NO ONE -- living here would EVER leave this kind of 4 star review for the office staff, the grounds, and the apartment upkeep. Unless of course, they worked in the downstairs office....
