I have been a resident here for more than 4 years. We used to have a safe and beautiful apartment complex that made us all proud. Now, I am embarassed to bring anyone here. The carpets in the hallways are nasty and smell. The weekly Saturday breakfast has been reduced to one or two (extremely inconsistent) poorly prepared meals a month. I don't know how some of the residents passed a credit or criminal check. We have a tremendous amount of car break-ins. By far, the worst part of living here is the apathy and unprofessionalism of the staff. They are much more interested in prancing around being snotty and aloof than taking care of anyone's needs. If I weren't a resident, it would be funny to watch them. Since I am a resident, it's just plain disgusting and irritating. They are young, ill-trained para-professionals who have little or no interpersonal or business skills training. Fielder's Square sucks. Spare yourself the agony. Move somewhere else like I and all the other long-term residents are doing.

I completely agree! I'm so saddened by the dramatic downfall of this once-prestigious apartment complex. Where are the owners?? Do they even care that long-term residents (of the professional/bill paying kind) are running for the hills while short-term residents (of the America's Most Wanted/Dawson's Creek Kind) are moving in and ruining the place?

I agree 100%. Every week it seems like there is "some new rule" that comes up and is posted around the complex. All I know is the Echelon management were very professional and courteous and never had any complaints and the Fielder's Square are unprofessional, and the resident's can tell the difference. Read the reviews management and take heed don't justify your poor service by some corporate B.S. The saying is the customer is always right and if you have people not renewing there leases who have been here 2-4 years, that says alot.
