In response to the previous comments: Have you read the reviews that date back to 2003' The Echelon staff had several complaints. The property and staff were not as perfect as some people tend to make it seem in their comments. Read some of the previous comments and see for yourself. Our job is not to compare ourselves to Echelon staff or to bad mouth them in anyway. We are here to learn this community and the needs of the community to better serve our residents. We understand that the new rules may upset some residents, but they will improve living conditions for most people here. The staff is very courteous, professional, and willing to help. The staff is very open-minded and willing to listen to ANY of the residents concerns. Several of the staff members live in the community and are just as concerned about the environment as other residents are. We invite you to come to the office and talk with us instead of silently and anonymously criticizing the staff and the job they are doing. We can assure you that a new resident has been rigorously screened in order to qualify to move into an apartment at this community. We do not judge a person by their physical appearance. A strenuous credit and criminal background check is performed and there are also employment and income requirements.

We are very aware that this community is not perfect, but is anywhere perfect' We are striving to make this the best address downtown, but it will not happen overnight. Please feel free to stop by or call the office anytime with any questions or concerns.

Very very afraid....I am supposed to move in on July 1st. Is it really that bad? And PLEASE tell me that the roach problem is not that bad. I HATE roaches. I cannot function when I see any type of critter. I have been buzzing around all month because I am anticipating moving here. Now my bubble has burst! MOLD??? Please tell me that there is no mold. And really thin walls?....I'm in absolute shock and I am VERY upset. I am trying not to get disillusioned with the Echelon related posts.....has any of this stuff been resolved? -Concerned future resident.

This comment is bull! People have stopped by the office and the staff attitudes are horrible. You all are not courteous and the property has gone down since this new team has taken over. The staff should be replaced by all means. You all are not professional nor courteous. The last comment formt he staff sound so good but believe me it's a ball face lie.

There was mold in our master bath the maintainence staff did spray killz on it, but they have not been back to paint it.I think the front office girls are for the most part very nice and helpful, however I think Ms.Kelly is not so nice.She told us we would have to buy our own light fixtures or ceiling fans if we wanted light in the guest bedroom or living room. Shayforever look ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!!!
