Its amazing that once someone actually put forth and effort to clean up a place that was garbage before, people get upset with the change for the better. Before it became Fielders Square, residents simply did whatever they wanted for example, allowing all of their friends (most drunk and loud) to park in the garage leaving rent payers with no where to park for themselves, and now that they are enforcing parking for us, other people are getting upset, but why' As a resident of fielder square I like the change and feel that it should have been done a long time ago. Also, the office staff have some problems but most of it might come from cry babies who don't want to follow the rules!!! (People hate the police because they have to enforce the rules so does this apartment complex) I love my home and I value it regardless of who else doesn't. Again Fielders Square isn't perfect and right now I don't plan on leaving.

I've never had a problem finding parking (under the old or the new staff). I don't believe anyone who lives here hates the police OR the office staff. We all just want to enjoy our home and want to be able to depend on the office staff to represent our interests and to make us feel like they care about whether or not we're happy in our homes here. I hope this site doesn't become a place to air petty complaints about single incidents and discourage quality residents from joining us!

I personally love the fact that the parking rules are enforced.I like knowing that access to the residents vehicles is limited to those that live there. If one's friends or relitives need parking all one has to do is go to the office and request a visitors pass and it is granted free of charge.

I completely agree with jack and lucas, parking rules aren't the problem.Enforcing parking rules cause less trouble for the residents, which is what its all about. It's the other MAJOR things like the consistently snooty staff and the building/ grounds upkeep or the lack there of.
