Just wondering is anyone out there ever tried to get out the the lease due to poor management or the fact that this apt. is NOT a safe place to live. I am extremely scared after dark and it's a same that I am a prisoner in my own apt. due to this fact. If anyone has tried to break the lease please let me know the results. I don't think I can handle this place for another 7 months and not use what I can do to get out. Thanks for any advise or comments.

Have you tried to discuss your concerns with the management and by "not safe" what do you mean? I live in this community and I am very pleased with everything this area has to offer. Downtown living is not for everyone. When you move into a place like this then you have to know what to expect. There are "strange" people walking around all over downtown and that's what makes it so interesting and unique from other parts of town. Have you had anything bad happen to you since you have been living here?

Chriddylove, I really think you have missed the whole point. It's not about the peope walking around downtown. It's about the way this apartment is being run. It's a crying shame that things are not being fixed around here. We really have poor management.
