AWESOME location; great property with really nice pool--weekends are a TON of fun, with residents at the pool all day, grilling food, drinking, socializing...the weekend pool parties alone are worth living here! The management and staff have gone above and beyond to make sure we are happy residents...the maintenance guys are the nicest ever and are here full time for anything we need (they know me by name and we say hello or talk almost every day) It is like living at a really nice resort that happens to be in downtown Memphis, a few feet from the baseball stadium, a couple streets over from Beale St. and all the bars and restaurants...good livin' here, for sure.
