This has been the worst living experience possible. First, I was getting bite by fleas and now it is raining in my apartment. You would do better renting in the projects.

Wow, it took a few months, but it looks like another round of fed-up renters has discovered this site. I just mailed off an "exit questionairre" provided by the corporate office, Heritage Properties, and thought I'd check back on this site to see if anything has changed from when I left in October. Look's like the ghetto living standards haven't improved any. Four days is about standard for dog poop to sit around in the common areas over there. I only wish this site allowed posting of photos. I'll probably set up a link one of these days to some of the disgusting conditions I documented while I was riding out my lease there. Good luck in your next place - I don't think you can do any worse!
