MY DAUGHTER WHOM HAD JUST GRADUATED FROM COLLEGE HAD A MOVE-IN DATE FOR JUNE 7TH 08. ON FRIDAY JUNE 6TH HEATHER THE PROPERTY MANAGER TOLD HER SHE COULD VIEW THE APARTMENT #205. WHEN SHE ARRIVED SHE WAS TOLD SHE COULD NOT VIEW IT,IT WASN'T READY. THIS SCARED US THAT AT 5:00 ITS NOT READY AND WE WERE TO MOVE IN AT 10:00 THE NEXT MORNING WITH THREE FURNITURE STORES PLANNED DELIVERIES. WITH NO APOLGY NO CONVERSATION HEATHER WAS UNAVAILABLE. BELIEVE IT OR NOT A LADY FROM HOUSEKEEPING CALLED AND ALLOWED US TO SEE THE APARTMENT IT WAS DISGUSTING. SHE SAID THAT HEATHER HAD NOT INFORMED THEM UNTIL THEN TO GET IT READY. SHE SAID SHE WAS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE SHOWING US AND I HATE TO GET HER IN ANY TROUBLE AS SHE HELPED US WAY MORE THAN THE MANAGER HEATHER AND ULTIMATELY SAVED US FROM GETTING TIED UP WITH FIELDERS SQUARE AS HEATHER JODIE(REGIONAL MANAGER) ARE INACESSIBLE INCOMPETENT AND VERY UNKIND. ON TOP OF ALL THIS THEY WILL NOT REFUND OUR 300$DEPOSIT WE DID NOT EVEN ASK FOR THE 300$EXTRA DELIVERY FEE AND 50$MLGW CONNECT FEE FOR THE NEW APT WE ENDED UP GETTING MIGHT I SAY WHOSE MANAGEMENT WERE VERY HELPFUL A JOY TO DEAL WITH. THIS COMPANY HAS THE WRONG MANAGER IN HEATHER AND JODIE AND ULTIMATELY THEY WILL NOT SUCCEED. NO ONE SHOULD TREAT PEOPLE AS THIS SO I WOULD LIKE TO WARN YOU LIFE IS TOO SHORT FOR THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL WORRY YOU YOU WILL NOT BE RESPECTED IF YOU WANT PEACE AND TO DO BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY WHO MEANS YOU WILL DO NOT DEAL WITH FIELDERS SQUARE HEATHER THE PROPERTY MANAGER WILL NOT BE AROUND TO HELP YOU AND WHEN YOU ARE DONE WRONG IT DOESNT SEEM ANY ONE IN THE CORPORATION IS GOING TO ADDRESS THIS PROBLEM IF THEY DO I WILL INFORM YOU VIA THIS SITE

I lived in Fielder Square from 2004 thru 2006. Your experience with Heather and Jodie's incompetence and rudeness are no different than the experiences most of us had with Fielder Square management while I was there. I don't know if or when the owners of Fielder Square are going to see how important it is for their office staff to be friendly and helpful. Perhaps the calibar of office staff that they employ explains the big turnover of apartments and the complaints that I see on this site regarding less than desirable tenants living there now.
